Generally that is the case, but Prada tends to make custom dresses for the red carpet so you'd expect them to cater to her height.

I wish she did more with her hair - I like the dress, but not sure it's the most flattering thing she's ever worn. The cutouts hit her waistline oddly. She can do better, but still always looks nice!

I wish she was having a bit more fun with the choices, she's one of the very few who can pull off different looks. Remember the Spider Man press tour and even the last Award Season? And especially since La La Land is such an upbeat movie!
