I remember thinking she was so pretty in Mission Impossible. It's wierd- in some photos she looks so distinctive and attractive, but in others she looks like she's had terrible plastic surgery.

I think those natural, close-up shots of her make it pretty clear that she hasn't.
Not to generalize, but I think that French actresses tend to be a bit more "pure" in their business. Less fake, not only physically, but also more commited to the films themselves.
That's just my perception though.

I would agree with that. I think it might be part of French culture - they're less industrial and their values are more intact (of course this is a generalization, and one made in comparison with mass American culture)

I think she is incredibly beautiful, she has such a sweet face but not in an annoying way at all. She looks incredible at cannes, especially in the first picture, I like her make up.

I think she is beautiful but I don't know if she is thinner now or what but I see something strange in her lips. She allways had those wornderful mouth but in some pics it looks like she is forcing them too much... I don't know... I like her, good image for french cinema. :-)
