the cover looks pretty promising ...

- Dries Van Noten - Jules François Crahay - Cinzia Ruggieri - Rick Owens - Per Spook - Veroniqur Leroy - Romeo Gigli - Alaia...
- 22 x 30, 164 pages - langue : français et anglais.

and the contents, too ...

any opinions ?
who got this issue ?

I bought it amazing one of the best mags I have gotten ever would you like me to scan anything? I had never heard of it but it was onsale at our foreign newspaper stand and looked really intriguing now I want to search for other issues.

would you like me to scan anything?.
everything!

just kidding, scan whatever you like, I'm sure it'll be as good as the rest, and congrats on finding Encens!, I don't think any other magazine could ever rival the quality, vision and integrity that's from start to finish in every one of their issues, it's such an inspiring thing to have.. I wish I could acquire all past issues someday.
I scanned last year's fall issue (terrible quality, though), it's packed with beautiful editorials.. I actually think you can see them in better quality (smaller size) and also see older issues in their new site.

I am so happy I am going to try and subscribe any idea on how much one would cost in the USA ? I will scan the dries editorial and see what else I have time to do. Seriously the best magazine I have ever seen.

which town?

looks great!
i love how this monochrome cover image translates the vision of Dries van Noten avoiding his casual ethnic multilayered references.
would like to see more.

would you mind or someone else snap/scan some stuff of this issue.

couldn't get my hands on it.

will snap the last metal. and ... ?
ok ? deal ?

Can you guys tell me why they always use the same model and the eds look almost identical to each other every season, not to mention the subjects and people featured. Now I do think it's a great magazine and really one-of-a-kind, but I've been wondering what their concept is and how they fund it with so few advertisers:huh:

^you need to check matthew ames journal for that answer.
all his inspiration is overthere. and it's very unique (in both sens).
- sorry but i love this aesthetics ... -

here is more from this issue
