Hardly, that seemed to me a pr strategy to hype him up. There's clearly a head change and huge money brought in to pull all these, including the hm collaboration.

Wow, the quality of work has really stepped up. The embroidery, brocade, and lace is much finer than what's been used before and the feather work is stunning. He actually used feathers better than Marchesa did this season.

An extraordinarily beautiful collection! I love that he has specialized in tea-length elegance and remains (for me) to be the best at it these days! I haven't seen the video but I'm sure those dresses moved immaculately as the models walked the runway!

Weirdly enough, this collection reminds me of previous Prada collections when she would go the feminine classic lady look. From the florals to the ornaments, Miuccia was definitely heavily-referenced here. But then again, she always is!
