Erdem S/S 2025 London

I like the idea of wearing a destroyed flapper dress over a masculine look; but with different colours and fabrics that the ones he used in look 33:

that's 👆definitely one of my fave looks
i like the whole idea of mixing traditionally masc/fem looks in general and how the collection increasingly blends these as it progresses. however, sometimes this is much more successful than others - for example, those weird bow-wings at the knees & hips of a couple of looks are a fail for me...

The could have delivered a more exciting result had he played on the masculine/feminine and the 'coming-undone' tension a bit more. When he’s in a good form, I can see a bit of Dries' charm in him and at his worst, he churns out looks that could be right out of Maria Grazia's sketchbook.

That being said, that second-to-last look with the tux jacket, shirt dress and silk slip peeking out from underneath is visually very pleasing (if perhaps not the most commercial look of this collection).
