Catwalk queens rubbed elbows with real-life princesses on Wedenesday, as the crème de la crème of London society donned their elegant best for a celebration of design legend Salvatore Ferragamo.

British models Erin O'Connor and Yasmin LeBon were among those making a grand entrance at the black-tie bash, held at the Italian embassy. The soiree drew an impressive list of fashion-savvy guests, including actress Elizabeth Hurley and her partner, businessman Arun Nayar.

Not only were the worlds of entertainment and style well-represented, there were also illustrious invitees from the royal set. Sarah, Duchess of York stepped out for the party, and Princess Marie Chantal of Greece attended with husband Prince Pavlos.
