They hire young and edgy top models but yet they style them in a boring way and give the ads an appealing character for 40 year old. I can't see what they were trying to acheive here.
I totally agree on the dullness of the campaign but nothing more can be expected from Ermenegildo Zegna because it's simply what they are ( & i don't mean this in a bad way). Their typical customers are mature males who are more interested in the clothes than the models in the ads. Not that there is anything wrong with that of course.That's why Z Zegna was created in an attempt to bring some "edge".
