I really like them, much better than last seasons (which were wood blocks attached to your foot by scarves)

I like the last two especially, and when seen from the front the strap looks like an H.

Absolutely love the black goatskin suede Norma boot.

Also the violet mississippi alligator and mocha suede nectar sandal, although it will be interesting to see if they have it in a secondary colour as the often do.

Will be going into Hermes today to see if they can hold them for me when they arrive!

Agreed with you totally on the Spring shoes. Tried them on and they were very disappointing. There was one pair however that they did get right. The five inch platform heel in leather in deep brown with the H imprinted through the leather with the circle around it, exactly like the carry bag they do. Did buy that pair and they are beautiful on. Salesman said that was their shoe of the season. However, everything else I saw, including the ones you mention were really a let down. If you haven't seen the ones I'm talking about, they're called the Memory Lady shoes. They're really worth taking a look at as a summer classic heel that won't go out of style. Have worn with both dresses and jeans and they go with equally well with both.

Yes, they will have riding boots for f/w. Was just in the store 2 days ago going over their inventory they've ordered for fall.

The only thing to look out for is that they order so few pairs. At least they do at my store which is the Beverly Hills store. I looked at the order list and the average number of pairs they'd ordered was 2-3 pairs in each size. My suggestion would be to go in now, take a look, tell them which styles you're interested in and then have them call you the morning each of your picks come in to the store. That way you're sure to not miss out!

P.S. - My Hermes store said that they are not expecting any of the boots until October. When I said that was really late and that I'd just been in Christian Louboutin and they were starting to get there's in some time late in July, the salesperson said that the timing was strange but that that was the scheduling. Don't know if it's because it's in Cali as opposed to East Coast where there are real seasons, but just thought I'd pass it on in case they don't ring you for awhile.
