I can see LV doing what Versace did and that is doing a campaign for accessories and one for the collection, and JLo will be the face of the accessories line. With it being LV, accessories are very important and I can see them wanting to have a celebrity as the face, and also, like fragrance it can be run for multiple seasons, which is attractive financially.

Hmm reading this, I dont think V.I said that Fei Fei will be in the campaign, just one of the asian girls from the last fall 2011 LV show. Hmm.

omg... I'm sorry if it came across that way. I don't tolerate racism, I'm Asian and what parismodelmuse said was inappropriate. I was just thinking there maybe other models also in the mix and of how the fashion show was w/ Maria Clara as the french maid with the feather duster and Raquel Z. as the seductive bellhop then in the end Kate looking like fashionably late HBIC. That's all.

But does the article really say that she is the face of this ck collection? They say the Ck loves her much like other designers and they choose her as the face of ck, but they could also point to that she was the face of pre fall CK.

Eliza was also in Ck one (yes it was by Meisel) but she was at Ck one

And maybe people should let the asian thing go by now, all the comments were deleted (probably not even ment that way)and no need to bring it up again. Ofcourse racism is not tolerated, but get private about that please.

how could u not be sensitive toward racial subjects? if a few asian and black models are casted to be jlo's servants in the ad then im sure there is somethign very wrong with it. minority like black and asian models have not been fairly represented in the advertising or printing world, so it's important to pressure the media to use them fairly rather than having them play supporting roles all the time.

back to the main subject, i feel like jlo won't be doing the mainline but instead she'll be in lv accessories/purses/bags line like others have mentioned. based on their previous campaigns, i feel lv will be another multi girls campaign.

All the campaign choices are great. Eliza does annoy me sometimes but she can be great, see her Vogue Italia cover (I think it's beautiful), and I think she would be good for a Calvin Klein campaign.
