I love the whole idea of fairytale and dream-like fashion. I love impractical and whimsical outfits.
However, Whilst that Alice editorial is really good i think the topic of an Alice in Wonderland shoot is an 'enter with care' domain since the shoot with Natalia as Alice. I honestly don't think that one can be beaten because it truly encapsulates the whole idea of this alternate fairytale universe and therefore make all of the others (including the one above) seem sub-par.
I am not disputing that it is not a beautiful editorial at all but this is just my opinion on the topic. Thanks for posting Lizzy.P
I think its time for a revival of this thread.... the other day I saw the trailer for the new film Red Riding Hood and instantly thought of this thread! The film takes place in a medieval village and is about the relationship between a girl who falls for an orphaned woodcutter (according to IMDB.com). I thought that some of the screen shots were quite visually appealing. Of course the story comes from the tale of Little Red Riding Hood so it will be interesting to see how they have interpreted the story.
