I've been having some trouble finding the Givenchy track (2nd song in this video)

Lyrics go...."it isn't my fault that i'm strange"...sounds like a familiar voice but I can't find a song ID online.

Anyone know what it is?

also if anyone else has the file for Tones on Tail-Performance (7" version), i'd really appreciate it
