i want to slim down my fat nose tip. i have a nice nose bridge but the tip is a bit fat and round how can i slim down that area????
i know it sounds lame:D

You would most likely have to go in for surgery. In order to reconstruct the nose, the cartiledge would have to be shaven and filed down to get the desired shape.

BTW: Insurance doesn't cover this! Now, if your nose got ruined in a car accident, different story, but for vanity purposes... out of pocket.

There is no way to slim down the nose either! The nose doesn't carry cells that store fat as well as the ears, so don't be asking to make your ears plumper!

Sweep some bronzer down your nose, that will give the illusion of a slimmer nose.

Also, don't keep bangs because bangs highlight the nose-area and can make
it look bigger depending on the shape of your head.

P.S Cute topic lol

the problem is i'm a guy.....
and i think oily skin also makes your nose fuller

Get some oil blotting sheets, and wearing bronzer for a guy isn't weird at all.

^kushie dear, I thought of "blotting sheets" in the shower and said, "I'll go back and type it in the thread."

Great minds think alike! :woot:

For guys, it's better than carrying around foundation or a concealer. I see nothing wrong with oil sheets!

And if you try to do like Amy March in "Little Women" did, it doesn't work.

we have talked about this before i remember...

probably in a contouring thread or something.

basically contouring your nose with bronzer or a shade or two darker foundation color will help you slim down that area, visually...

other than that, its just surgery :ninja:

it's just that my nose tip is meaty..........dame genes from my father

pictures?
mine was like you describe yours too.
only surgery helped :)

hm, i'm thinking of having a nose surgery next summer and i'm looking for doctors...would u recommend yours?

i am not sure you are referring to me :)
its been done 10 years ago and at the time i would have recommended him but i wouldnt now. a surgeon is very personal. YOU have to feel comforatble with him and with what he proposes to do.
it takes time to find a good one . good luck! am sure you will end up finding the right one!
