"Meet Fatou, I am so proud of my "daughter" I discovered her in the subway. It was 12:30am I had to switch trains b.c the one I was on malfunctioned. As I was waiting for the new train, I felt this energy, I turned around and there she was walking down the stairs to the platform. Fatou! I hesitated to go up to her, but knew I had to.. I called @bethboldtmodelscout for some encouragement and Beth said "go for it, you have a great eye!" I went for it and with my entire being knew Fatou was going to be a huge star. Beth and I waited 2 days before Fatou sent us her photos. Beth called me and said YOU JUST FOUND A STAR!
And tonight, with special thanks to her new agency State Mgmt. Calvin Klein had Fatou exclusively walk for his show. Her first of many many shows, covers, editorials and campaignes to come. #ShineOn Fatou! I'm so proud of you!
