The shells ornaments are beautiful, but cowboy boots ... really ? :/

Looks very Balmain-ish, especially the skirts and the dresse/blazer thing

It's soooo bad and there are strong Versace references, s/s 2013 esp. But still it's terrible.

holy versace meets balmain. this is horrid and tacky (and not in a fun way) but somehow better than his other collections, i guess

Everything looks over the top. I'm not sure beside Anna Dello Russo who would want to wear it.

I keep getting 90s Versace vibes from this- like when Gianni was doing all those sea shell and starfish embellishments.

i quite like a few looks

when he doesn't go crazy with colour he's really good. he needs to pick one or two super vibrant shades and JUST use those in the collection, along with the neutrals

His work always makes me smile. It's exuberant and playful and there's clearly a sense of joy behind it, and it's pretty infectious. I love that he carries the torch first lit by designers like Gianni, Roberto (in his prime) and Domenico/Stefano. They're happy clothes that don't really aim for deeper meaning. This isn't my favorite collection of his but those shell embellishments are tdf. Practical? Not a bit. Fantastical? Yes, thank god.

I personally really enjoyed his collection. The seashell ebellishments, along with the bursts of colour was very refreshing to see, as i've felt MFW has been rather underwhelming this season.

Like Spike 413 said, this collection is not necessarily practical, but it is fantastical and I have agree. This would be a perfect collection if you want to make a statement. And if not, once each look is picked apart, each piece, whether it be a a skirt, jacket, or blouse, could be paired with a more simple piece to tone down and refine an outfit.
