from the old skool i love rakim. and then acts like treacherous 3 & funky four + 1.

from more modern times, eminem is good, and ludacris. and snoop had some excellent tracks with dre. and nelly has made some good pop rap tracks.
oh and when they came out I thought naughty's OPP & hip hop hooray were truly anthems.
and lil jon is a bit raw but you must respect his productions.

also like rumpshaker.
and run dmc like peter piper and sucka mc's.
and jay z has had some dynamite singles.

Its just so horrible - bad production, boring rhymes, bad messages.

I voted for Tupac, but I like Biggie also. I really like Common, Talib Kweli, The Roots, Dead Prez, Jay Z, and Nas. Eminem is ok, he's clever, but I'd like to hear more from him.
