In Asia the family name comes first and the given name is after. In China people call her Sun Fei-Fei but her given name is Fei-Fei and her family name is Sun; therefor her "westernized" name is Fei-Fei Sun
I guess Du Juan and Liu Wen both use with their Chinese names because their names aren't as marketable reversed
And there was also the issue of having a famous Chinese actress of the same name that you cant specifically google her. So Fei Fei Sun is the easiest solution.
A lot of actresses and actors dealt with the name order issue by taking a Western "first" name and putting it in front of their entire name. Which can lead to its own problems--for example there is Maggie Cheung Man-Yuk, the Maggie most discussed here but also Maggie Cheung Hoh-Yee who has done some movies and a bunch of 40 episode TV series in Hong Kong.
