As predicted and quite inevitable, Fei Fei indeed loss some shows. Shy from one for most booked Asian girl (Luping most booked other than Mona). However, and no surprise to any of us, it's clear Fei Fei still trump with qualitative shows.

^ Tbh, I don't think she "lost" any shows. She has become very established and most likely now has the power to be more exclusive. Also, even though she walked less shows, they're all top-notch.

Even though she walked lesser shows, but she still does really well in the most Key shows category. All her 12 shows are important shows. Newer models like Mona walked a lot of smaller shows so quality over quantity always. Even models.com measure runway differently these days.

Every season, casting directors always try new faces to see whether they can justify their buzz. Some girls Ive seen exploded one season with so many shows but gone the next. Some got major push from a campaign for one season, then gone. Ive not seen anyone yet that have lasts so many seasons like Fei Fei. She's a special find.

My only wish is that she continues to do great work.

She's in NY still shooting something with DaeNa & Patrick Demarchelier for Vogue. Not sure for which Vogue though. Could be US or China.

Where I was coming from and what I meant by loss was from my personal fear with the influx of other Asian models being casted than Fei Fei. If girls like Luping, Dylan, Jing, Yuan, Tiana and any other newer girls (not Tian, Jihye, Chiharu nor Sunghee) weren't on the scene – I almost guarantee that Fei Fei would've booked Rag & Bone, Vera, Narciso, Thakoon, Tommy, Diesel, Marc, etc. as the go-to girl. But no, you are very right that since this is Fei Fei’s 11th season and a top model, Fei Fei can afford to be selective (and that has been Fei Fei and Women mgmt. intention). Just that she loss some (even if some are less important). Yeah, her list is no way shabby – just could been better.

I'll say it's US Vogue. I have a guess that it might pertain to a story with the Met this year? Too late to shoot?

I like how she is more confident with her smile too. She used to hide her teeth because a lot of people commented on how her gum and teeth looked awful. But now I think she has figured out how to smile. That smile with DaeNa is particularly gorgeous.

I have to say, I kind of agree about her smile. She's stunning when she is not smiling but looks more plain when she does. But this is not too unusual - Adriana Lima and Lea Seydoux are others that come to mind, they look more beautiful when still. But of course, why should people hide their smiles?

Was Fei Fei even in Milan for castings/by requests? She's got a showcard... I think FF would've blend in at Prada quite well actually. Perhaps her 'iciness' conflicted with the look of the show. Harsh.
