If you're stung by a little bee of nostalgia when you view Dennis Veldman's latest work, it won't just be because of the back-to-nature forest setting, or the romantic soft curls sported by model Felice Veen. What you'll instead be picking up on is that different quality to the images, a quality that comes from the fact that these photos arrive to you by way of traditional film as opposed to digital snapshots.


Working with natural light filtering into each frame and with a soft touch of styling and makeup by Lisa Schuil, it's a venture into analogue that's paid off for Veldman and his team.

Felice recently left rainy Amsterdam to get into the Dolce Vita mood including sunstreams in Milan via Monster Management, the recently established agency which transformed - as expected somehow - from promising start up to one of the city's powerhouses within less than a month, taking care of the industry's most precious darlings like Querelle Jansen, Josephine Skriver and Antonia Wesseloh just to name a few. Felice has this sober, clean nonchalance to her look which is quite a plus as nonchalance is the new black these days, and 180cm is just right to work these sassy looks during Milan Fashion Week. Something tells me she's going to be pretty awesome under minimal designs as well, so let's see what future brings for this beauty!
