Multiple unidentified models: please help!

Hi all, I need some help! I've had this folder of Unidentified favorite models for a while now and have failed to find out who they are. ANY help would be appreciated. These are mostly from advertisements and editorials from mainstream US fashion magazines from the past ten years.
