I had Dior shoes bought for me from the cardiff store as a present for my birthday, I wore them out on the night of my birthday, and they broke! I couldn't believe it, 280 pound shoes and they brake the first time I wear them! So I took them back, the area manager has told me I can't have a refund because they are not faulty, but if and item is not fit for the purpose it was made then surely that makes it faulty!? I am absolutely furious! Also I recieved terrible customer service, it's funny how the sales assistants are really helpful when you want to spend money, but not so helpful when theres a problem! I am currently waiting for the area manager to get back to me, I have rang about 7 times now during the course of today and yesterday, each time im told he's unavailable! Im starting to think he doesnt want to speak to me! They have offered to send the shoes back to Dior and have them repaired, but it's just not good enough, I feel as though I have been treated disguistingly, and now I want a refund as a matter of principle! Whether the area manager is going to ring me back...I don't know, probably not!
