so 2 months ago now i ordered a pair of pucci rainboots that were delivered to the wrong address. i called kitson and told them this, and they said that because someone signed for them on this end (which means nothing except that a ups guy dropped them off at some OTHER apartment building's front desk) i would not get a refund from them and i would have to file a claim with ups. so i take the time to do so, only to be told by ups that the investigation would take 8 days and if the boots were not found, kitson would be refunded for their value, and if they were found, they would be returned to kitson. meaning i had no $$ and no boots!!!! called ups after 8 days and they reported that they found the boots and were sending them back to kitson via ups ground, which should take 9 days. 2 weeks later i hadn't heard a peep from kitson or received a refund, so i filed a claim with my bank (i paid with a debit card) for services unfulfilled. one and a half weeks AFTER that, i get a blase email from kitson saying that they did receive my boots, what should they do with them? i replied that they could send them back to me if they liked, and if not i was sure Bank of America would succeed in getting the refund for me that they refused to give me directly, despite the whole mess. they replied that they would do me the favor of mailing them back to me via ups ground without charging me AGAIN for delivery! gee, thanks so much . . . now, two months after i originally placed the order, i still don't have the boots . . . and no refund. i'll never shop there again, online or in person. they suck and i hope you all avoid them and their nasty, complete lack of customer service!
