Flat Wedding Shoes

Does anyone have any suggestions for flat wedding shoes? My lovely friend is a tad taller than her fiance and needs a fashionable (therefore non flip flop) wedding shoe.

Even a crystally, strappy, flat thingy would do... but of course it needs to be cute... there is so much crap out there, it's freaky.

I don't know what exactly qualifies as a wedding shoe, but I'd wear any of these under a wedding gown...
