iLoveCouture! I love those booties. I was about to get those online but I was unsure of the quality. How's the comfort level and heel height? Do you feel stable? And are they true to size or do they run a big small???

PP - I find them to be comfortable but I wear 4 inch heels everyday. They are about that high. They do feel stable and are pretty decent quality. I definitely recommend them!

just bought this yesterday at the store. never seen it online and this was the only 1 there in my size. i'm thinking i could wear it over tights or leggings but i need a nude slip or something to wear it by itself. it's so cute and only $25!

I have to admit that I really like their twelve by twelve line. And they finally made it available online in Canada. I'm just trying to decide which items I should buy.

The downside was that there was often only one of everything, giving the section a boutique sort of feel. I saw a few cute pieces but they were either too big or too small - so I didn't get anything. I think online may be the way to go.

Are they pretty good about returns if things don't fit?

They will not take back an item in-store if the tags are cut off or if you do not have a receipt and you only get store credit, not cash, no matter what. If you order online and choose to send your items back with the tags on and the form that it comes with, you can get the money put back onto your credit card. However, the downside to that is that you have to pay to ship it back obviously.

This is so lame. F21 was supposed to have free shipping all day today with the code cybermonday. Well it's 11:20pm and the code hasn't been working since 11pm PST although they stated it would last until 11:59PM PST. Looks like someone wanted to sleep early and disabled the code because their home page also took off the cyber monday info.

Can anyone vouch for F21 shoe quality? I wanna get these pretty sweet boots, but I don't want them to fall apart. I just bought a pair of their pumps, which look nice but I can see some of the glue attaching the shoe to the platform.

You get what you pay for.
Its not like its real leather or it's been worried over all that much.

My shoes haven't fallen apart yet. I own some boots from the site and I can say they fit real nice and feel nice.
It just sucks they dont have half sizes. Im a 7.5 so I have to order an 8 for closed toe and a 7 for open praying they fit. No problem yet!

It sucks cause im in Canada and the american site has these pieces I really want but cannot order

Forever21 is coming out with some really cute designs now even though they are copy of other designers its nice that they have that for women who are on a budget! i want to work there but hear the work environment is terrible and employees only get 10% discount! hmmm

sun_goddess my best friend works as a visual merchandiser for forever21 and she loves her job. she gets to dress all the mannequins and style them, as well as organize the entire store and which collections go where. she works at those huge mega forever 21s where they carry all the lines. she only gets paid $14 and the sales reps only get $8/hour here in california she says the work environment is great but it's very busy. they get tons of racks to go back from the fitting rooms and they stay until 2am when the store closes at 9pm. i'm sure a lot of other stores are like that but just some input from her if you were interested

^thank you so much for that information...I love the store and have never worked in a fashion retail place before and want to get experience in that kind of environment. But staying until 2am? omg! that would be tough for me since I will have classes in the mornings on tuesdays and thursdays starting at 7:30 am geesh!

One more question...do the employers still get paid for staying that late? so theres a lot of overtime pay?
