The more I see her alongside girls like Kris, Anok, Adut, and Sara Grace, the more I begin to believe shes not in the same league of model as many of her other successful contemporaries.

I don't see how she's any different from Kiki Willems, whose status as a blue-chip girl is something I also don't understand. Both Fran and Kiki have whatever it is that the fashion movers and shakers like, though I find other girls have more compelling presences.
I think Fran does have an interesting look if styled a certain way, and she takes make-up really well.
