He has such a baby/little boy face it's kinda surprising how deep his voice is.

I tell you, his voice is how he gets booked. He probably heads into casting looking all pretty and cutesy, then he opens his mouth and this sexy deep voice comes out and casting directors are soo mesmerized by it, they just book him immediately!
