I have this book, and it's wonderful !
You get a lot of insipiration from it. Personally I think the pictures has been
edited when ' they are not wearing make up '

Not really edited, but they sure have a bit of concealer, wich is enough for a nude face not to look that bad.

i have this book too, and it's really great...

there is a clear page in between the no-makeup and makeup shots that has exactly what colors the girls are wearing and where on their face it is placed...

there's is also a more complete list of "directions" at the end of each section (eyes, lips, shimmer, neutral, color, etc.), and there are also some general rules at the beginning...

Kimair, would it be possible to haunt you about finding details of one look? I am especially after Aurelie Claudel as we have simmilar coloring! Pliiiiizzz... What's her lipstick and eyeshadow? When next time in UK, I would like to rush to the NARS' counter and try these!

It is a girl with mint green eyeshadow all the way up eyebrows in the book. Does anyone know her name? I'm also wondering on which page the names of the models are! In my first copy of the book I can find it but not in the second copy.

Is Naomi ever without makeup? Even in the before picture, she's wearing eyeliner.

I don't think she's wearing anything on her eyes. She may just have pigmentation on her eyelids. I have that and as such it looks a bit like I'm wearing eyeshadow when I'm not because the skin there is just a bit darker than the rest of my face. A few of my friends have this problem as well.

I love all the before and after photos. They're all so beautiful with or without cosmetics. And Nars has some of the best makeup around.

Auerelie Claudel
"Using fingertips apply The Multiple in South Beach all over the eyes from lashes to crease. Add The Multiple in Copacabana under the eyebrow to highlight the eye.
On the lips, use Rosebud Lipliner Pencil to define natural lip line. Then fill in lips with the Multiple in Malibu. Add Lip Lacquer in Baby Doll to give a soft pink, glossy finish."

Devon Aoki:
"Apply gold side of Kilmanjaro Duo Eyeshadow spread over lid from lashes to brow with Eye Shader Brush.
Highlight brow bone and center of lid with Tibet Single Eyeshadow. Apply with fingertip."

Caroline Ribeiro
"Feather stroke Rosebud Lipliner Pencil along the mouth, working just outside the natural lip line for larger-looking lips. Fill in with Roman Holiday Sheer Lipstick.
Finish lips with Galactica Lip Lacquer and blend with Retractable Lip Brush."

Omigoodness. I'm with Golden Butterfly and I hope the befores were at least a little touched up. I saw pores but not one single tiny blemish on anyone's skin! So jealous. I mean I have good skin but it's not that good. Maybe they had really great facials the weeks leading up to the shoot...

And I didn't even look at all the afters yet, just the befores! Thank you for posting though! I will come back and look. After homework
