Fur Hats For Winter

Yay ou Nay?

I'm working at a souvenir shop right now, and we have some beautiful coyote, muskrat fur hats / ear warmers(the ones where you almost wear as a headband). They've been selling like crazy oddly enough this past month. Am I to attribute this to this upcoming trend of fur on everything?

Also, I'm thinking about getting one of those cute hats, I live in Montreal, so it can get quite chilly here in the winter time

I would not wear one. I am not a big fan of over-the-top (no pun intended) hats. I have seen some fur ones that are not so helmet-like though, like little pillbox hats with short fur. Those are okay. I don't like the ones with ear flaps though.

I think it really depends on whether or not the hat suits you - I wouldn't wear one, but I think they're cute

I think they're cute. If you can pull it off, do it. You only live once, and if you don't, you won't remember (But maybe not quite so huge...and no beaver tail at the back or anything, lol)

Ha! I just got a foux fur hat from H & M, for $2. It's so cute, I can't wait to wear it!

I have a genuine Russian submarine commander's hat (grade II) from the late Soviet Union. It's made out of a thick silky fur but I'm not sure which animal it's from.

This Pucci 1 form the other year makes me smile - again I do like it...just couldnt pull it off

I feel like cuddling that Pucci in bed , it's huge and it looks so soft I would never wear it though, it would be a tad heavy don't you think ?
