Georgina Jane 'Georgie' Thompson (born 25 September 1977) is a broadcast journalist and television presenter for Sky Sports and Sky Sports News currently living in the Upminister area of Essex
Georgie presents the 3-7pm slot from Monday to Friday with Simon Thomas on Sky Sports News.
Thompson was educated at Queenswood Boarding School, with now fellow television presenter and friend Natalie Pinkham where she took part in junior international tennis competitions, representing England . She then studied Broadcast Journalism at the University of Leeds, graduating with a 2:1 in 1999.
After graduating, Thompson worked as a production assistant on a research and production scheme for GMTV before moving to Sky Sports in January 2001.
Georgie is a well known Fulham F.C supporter as well as being a keen surfer
Thompson is dating Declan Donnely, part of the famous presenting duo Ant and Dec.
