Set against the backdrop of a steamy train station
Giorgio Armani has unveiled its 25 Spring/Summer campaign. The Giorgio Armani men's and women's campaigns recreate the atmosphere of a train station, which was set as the backdrop for a New York fashion show, with scenes of smoke billowing out as a steam locomotive prepares to depart, stairs, railroad tracks, and arched ceilings. The campaign captures the image of a theater-like space where encounters and farewells, departures and arrivals intersect and countless stories unfold. Models Lina Zhang, Julia Nobis, Bibi Breslin, George Barnett, Yann
(Namigandet?), Pau Ramis, and Hedi
(Ben Tekaya?) participated in the campaign.
Shot by Robin Galigue, the campaign evokes the romantic mood of black-and-white films with a warm analogue feel. The softly wrapped clothes are combined with accessories and sunglasses that add a mysterious charm, expressing a timeless style. The pictorials, which capture fragmentary moments of various stories, stimulate the imagination and provide an open ending.
