Girlfriends

I've asked all over the place and still haven't gotten an answer, so I'll question the experts here at the spot!

UPN's Girlfriends - they carry the most fabolous bags on the show. Esp. the lead character Joan. Does anyone know if the bags are from one designer or several different designers (they all have the same look)? If so WHO is the designer. Does anyone know who the costumer is for the show (or if there is an online database where I can query crew info for film & tv)?

If you know...let me know! Gotta have those bags!

I LOVE that show and I agree that they have the nicest handbags. I like Tony's the best. I just did a search and I can't find any info on the stylist of the cast

I was beginning to think I was the only one who has noticed their handbags. I have asked so many people. I even sent an email to UPN asking, but never got a reply. I'll post if I find out any info.

I have seen the show only a few times....but I have seen Toni ( I think...the girl who married the short Jewish guy??) carry Hermes bags.
As a matter of fact, the episode I saw was of her trying to get a new Hermes bag. It was a Birkin I believe.

i watch the show when i remember it is on. I like it a lot, but I do not remember all the bags only the birkin is what I remember. maybe they have a website that gives info or you may be able to call upn to get the information you never know.

Yeah Toni usually carries the high fashion bags, but two of the other characters, esp. Joan carry these really amazing clutches. Very 1940's looking. I figured if I couldn't find the info online or got a return email from UPN I would call to track down the info.
