Givenchy Mens S/S 2013 Paris

A lot of unnecessary/repetitive looks in this collection. I wish he edited it better but I think most of it is brilliant. The suits were very well tailored and the prints were awesome! An improvement over last season.

After seeing the collection, this is possibly his strongest collection. Like Alber, he polish his vision over and over to get it right! I don't see what the fuss about the 66 look. I don't see such comment on Dolce Gabbana's colossal 85 look. Whereas that was really repetitive, in this, they are relevant! Now, if only I have the budget for it! The tailoring is almost on par with Raf! Infact, it is!

The religious references were irritating and the rest was not interesting to say the least.

Love the prints, and love the collection. I did get irritated clicking through all the pictures, but at least there werent anymore pleated skirts

Not gonna lie, my inner goth is a sucker for these religious prints.

Overall I like it. I just don't find it that exciting. A lot of the pieces are very beautiful even if its a little boring (to me). A lot of the pants look very similar to ones he did a few seasons ago (I know pants don't change much, but I mean that slim cut). I think there were too many looks. And I don't care for that color pink. As far as casting, I like that he used some of the models he used a few seasons ago (SS10/FW10) like Abiah, Jonathan M., Frankie Galati, Eduardo Calero, Keith H etc. The nose ornamentation on every model is overkill.
