She’s Tyra. She’s 51. Her hair is shorter. Darker. And she’s serving more eye intensity than ever. Styled by Wilford Lenov and wrapped head-to-toe in denim in the most unexpected ways, this is Tyra Banks in a masterclass of reinvention. And yes… she’s posing and Smizing even stronger than in her 20s. Why? You’ll have to read the article to find out.

I like all the elements in the cover photograph but the only flaw is that Tyra is not looking directly into the lens. It could have been a fierce cover shot.

Usually I'm also a huge advocate of that but here the ''mysterious stare to the horizon'' is brilliant to me. Sometimes, rare times it's true, cover subjects don't look into the lens and it's still strong for me.

Will it be available in English?

It would be a powerful portrait cover without the icy eye makeup. I dunno, it gives the entire shot an AI element.

Can she just f*ck off already and can people stop platforming her. She isn’t fierce and never was. She with TV producers rewrote history to paint her as some high fashion icon in the 90s when it’s not true to promote her stupid show. She was a lingerie/swimsuit model with some runway. She was more famous for not wearing clothes than modeling them and reality TV let’s be real. So boring and tacky.

There is Glamour Bulgaria so that Tyras and Cocos of this world can have a cover.
Wow, how many covers have YOU had? How dare you criticize f-list models appearing on third rate magazines!!!! 🥴

Slay queen, yas mama, work. Fieeeerce.

Why is there UK Vogue, Elle Spain or US Bazaar?
Out of all the nonsenses I've read online lately, this gatekeeping of magazine licences from smaller nations tops my list. Similar discussion was led in the Serbian Bazaar thread.

It must be a surprise for you, but smaller nations read magazines and books too, and they prefer reading them in their own languages.
Imagine, Serbia has Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, Elle, Marie Claire, Grazia, Icon, and Bulgaria has Elle, Glamour, Grazia, Cosmo. Just like most European countries of sumilar size to Serbia and Bulgaria do. Slovenia with its two million citizens has Elle, Cosmo and Grazia! These editions are not since yesterday, they exist for years and decades.

Also, can you believe that in our tiny countries, we not only live 21st century lives but also have brands that need to advertise somewhere too?
In their own respective ratios, Glamour Bulgaria is probably a bigger earner that US Glamour (which does not even come in printed version anymore). On a usual month, Bazaar Serbia has more ads and pages than its US counterpart.
So, these smaller editions are not only not needless but make quite decent earnings in their markets.

On the other hand, the licencing fees these smaller editions pay probably contribute to the life support the main, big editions live on.

So Tyra Banks on Glamour Bulgaria in a way helps your local US Vogue fund a shoot with a hot A-lister (though you have Gigi and Kendall on the cover this month, such greater talents than Tyra and Coco)...
