Chuck may have had one, given that he told Jack in season 2 he was familiar with a STD medicine when they were conversating about hookers. (And, given the amount of people Chuck has slept with, it would be logical that he has had at least one.)

Except Blair found plenty of time to talk to Dan while she was dating Chuck. She didn't avoid Dan at NYU. Also, she asked Dan for advice for how to get Chuck to bed her in season 2 (2.06). She and Dan have had a mostly civil relationship with each other for 3 seasons, and obviously that mostly civil evolved into friendship and unexpected romance this season.

Oh, and just to bust your bubble since you insist on having such a selective memory where Dan and Blair and Chair are concerned, there was a interview just recently released to the press with one of GG's heads, and it basically said there's not an endgame couple anymore. It's anything goes now.

(I do think that Dan could dress better, but I'm sure Blair will guide him that way as surely as Lily has guided Rufus into appreciating the finer things of life.)
