That is Blair's new(est) problem!!
Roxane Mesquida will play Louis' sister on Gossip Girl in the upcoming fifth season of the CW drama. That will put her at odds with our heroine, Blair Waldorf.
Sources confirm to TV Line that the French actress/model is joining the cast as the meddling sibling of Blair’s regal fiance. The season begins September 26.
Short story? She's not happy with the engagement.

Marc Menard has been cast in a much-anticipated, potentially recurring role on Gossip Girl - Father Cavalia, a priest from Monaco with ties to Blair’s fiancé, Louis.
There’s been speculation that in the upcoming fifth season, the priest heads to the Upper East Side to preside over Blair and the prince's wedding ceremony.
There's also speculation about the priest and a bridesmaid ...
The priest may also encounter some resistance from Louis’ meddling sister, played by French actress Roxane Mesquida, who is not a fan of the wedding.
Menard’s casting comes two days after news that Elizabeth Hurley will appear on Gossip Girl in the coming season, which begins Monday, September 26

Hahaha, I only know Roxane from "Sennentuntschi", lol. I hope - yet again - that both Roxane and Liz Hurley will be around for a while and not just for the first two episodes of the new season like they did it last season with Clémence.

Brian J. Smith is going from the cockpit to the kitchen. Smith, who played pilot Lt. Matthew Scott on Syfy’s “Stargate Universe,” will star as Max, an aspiring chef, onCW’s “Gossip Girl.”
He will first appear in the Season 5 premiere on Sept. 26, a CW source confirmed Tuesday night.
Even though “Gossip Girl” is filmed in New York, where the Julliard graduate lives, he will have to travel for the production just like he did for “SGU,” which was filmed in Vancouver. The CW confirmed that he will film at least some of his scenes in Los Angeles.
TV Line first reported the casting news, including a teaser that Max might be romancing Serena, who is played by Blake Lively. A CW spokesperson told me that any other tidbits online about his storyline are “just the press speculatiing,” or, um, gossip. She also would not confirm if he is now a series regular or, if not, in how many episodes he might appear.
With Smith now on the show, and Lively having appeared in this summer’s “Green Lantern” on the big screen, “Gossip Girl” might just attract the sci-fi crowd this fall.

I hate to ask this because personally Penn and Leighton are the only ones I've ever truly enjoyed on this show even before they it started looking like they would get together (so obviously their relationship is a dream come true for me
