I just saw one of their dresses on FashionFile featuring a cover of a magazine with Coco Rocha wearing a gorgeous purple one shoulder dress. I see we have a topic with pictures of the dress, and I believe the designers are posters here, but this line is so chic and I LOVE the draping and a lot of beautiful details. When I googled their name, I realized from a pic, that one of the designers was one of my favorites from Project Runway Canada! Anyway, here's an interview with the designers, and a couple pics of my favorite looks. Does anyone have any idea of price point? I see they are carried at Holt Renfrew and Bendel's....

Here's a pic of the purple dress, but in red:

Here's an assortment of pic's since I can't grab images off their site:

I know the goddess shape has been done over and over, but I love the simplicity and tucking of their work and the interesting detailing! I hope they continue to succeed since it's great to see Canadian designers excel

ABOUT GRETA CONSTANTINE

Kirk Pickersgill and Stephen Wong met in Toronto, Canada and became fast friends.

Kirk, a stylist by trade based in Milan, Italy, has worked for international designers such as Dsquared2 and Neil Barrett. He's a guest teacher at the renowned ISTITUTO MARANGONI in Milan.

Stephen began his career as a costume designer in Toronto for Susan Dicks & Co. and has made clothing for several films such as THE LAST DAY OF DISCO, AMERICAN PSYCHO, GLITTER, CHICAGO and currently HAIRSPRAY, starring John Travolta.

Stephen's draping and design expertise, paired with Kirk's knowledge of fashion forecasting resulted in a business partnership and the establishment of GRETA CONSTANTINE in 2005. Even though the two live on opposite sides of an ocean, they manage to communicate daily
via Windows® Messenger™ meetings.

I'm going to find out exact pricing but from what I've seen their stuff usually is around the 1000 dollar mark.

that lookbook picture is hilarious! i like it :)

Finally found out more info.

Prices range from $795 - $2500. There is an item that is $195. It's a drapy cowl neck top

cheers geekigirl. I think their pricing is a wee bit on the high side, but I guess it kind of has to be so they don't get lumped in with mid-range designers. I'd love to see their stuff in person. Next time I'm at Holt's I'll have a look round

I have the lookbook. here are a couple scans

The red and grey cowl neck top is pictured

scans by me

I have actually already started a thread on this line awhile back. :p I will merge your thread in.

the jacket is nice, however i took some time to look at the website and there is really nothing too interesting. very ordinary jeresey dresses and a bunch of naked men!

A sneak peek from FALL/WINTER 09

it's not just jersey dresses anymore!!

Are you only stocked at Holt's in Canada? I saw Coco wearing that stacked coat on the Project Runway finale last night - it looked great.
