Who could play her in a movie today about her life?

^ Good question... I saw an editorial in one of the european editions of VOGUE, and Chloe Sevigny "played" her in the editorial, and she was a quite convincing, albeit modern version of Garbo...

I heard someone mention Chloe on imdb...some models resemble her but I've never seen an actress today come very close...which is unfourtunate because I think her biopic could be interesting.

^If they ever do a biopic, I hope they go with some unknown that's perfect for the role, rather than a well-known who wouldn't be very good (Also on imdb are suggestions for Gwenyth Paltrow, Naomi Watts, Kirsten Dunst, Uma Thurman, and Charlize Theron. Siiigh ).

I came across a letter on eBay from 1990 where Vanessa Redgrave said she turned down playing Garbo (I guess as older Garbo?).
