Re: Post #273, the photo on the left (close-up) is from "The Painted Veil" and the one on the right (full body shot) is from "Love"...I hadn't seen either of those! Fantastic!!

Photos from "Mata Hari" (1931)....the one where she's wearing a rather sexy dress while being embraced by Ramon Novarro was actually cut from the movie. I had posted a picture a while back that shows the dress from the front, but I could never figure out what movie it was from (thanks to gretagarbo.proboards34.com for clueing me in).
