Grrrrrrrrr Im In A Rage!!!!!!

Ok I need to vent and maybe someone else has had this prblm. I went to the Botkier website and ordered the cognac clyde and when I pressed the submit button to send it said Your Email could not be sent at this time. The following error was encountered: 4.4.5 Insufficient disk space; try again later
What the $%#k does that mean???? It also said thank you for your order. I have no idea if it went through or not. You can't call them until monday grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr has this happened to anyone else who has ordered from them??? I don't want them to sell out of this bag

do you have an sort of account for the site? maybe you can review your order that way....all the places i buy from online have that....
