The first one, with the single horsebit, reminded me immediately of the Della Cavalleria Hermès, which tbh is not one of Hermès best-sellers but still has its demand. By comparison, the Gucci hardware is much less interesting, but I am just glad they did not put a huge GG like Celine puts a huge logo on their Victoire.I'm not satisfied by the bags selection shown during the show:
- Horsebit bag: another iteration of the Celine Triomphe, this time with oversized horsebit detail. Do we really need another Triomphe copy, after the Valentino Vain from Alessandro Michele? Almost all the bags shown were in exotics, interesting. I also noticed this oversized horsebit detail was also part of the Precollection by Sabato, so it's 100% his input.

- Small bucket bag / clutch with oversized horsebit detail: hideous and plain ugly. Another flop incoming

- Oversized souple / slouchy Marmont: reminds me of Chanel FW2013 with the supple oversized Boy bags from Karl. This one is nice and could become a staple

- Hybrid Jackie / Horsebit in furry material / shearling with oversized horsebit detail: plain ugly and big flop

- Souple / slouchy Horsebit: the best one for me

- Slouchy tote with bamboo handles: feels dated and looks terribly cheap

At the end, a bunch of flop bags that will be discontinued after this season, only the slouchy version of the Marmont and the Horsebit could have success.
And the slouchy tote with the bamboo handle reminds me also a lot of Jil Sander totes, 2 years ago.
