I always try to collect then sell, but can only manage the collect part so far I'm turning into a bit of a hoarder!

I make quite big, extravagant pieces of jewellery out of the vintage things I find, mainly for photoshoots - not really for everyday wear, more for impact!

i love necklaces like these. it's great how they add a punch of color to the outfit. i have a necklace in orange and one in blue. the blue one i wrapped around the top of my goldfish bowl, but i wear it out too.

i think the reddish to orangish colours are the best, maybe i'll try a bronze.
i prefer acrylic plastic to bakelite though, it looks too shiny and edible! haha.
good idea about decorating (lamps, goldfish balls, etc...) with these chains.

That's too cute. However, I would never wear something that was edible for ordinary day use that seems a bit too tacky for me. Plus it could melt in the sun and grease up the rest of your outfit.

Those are gorgeous! But $300? You can find basically the same thing for $25. I loooove gumball necklaces! I had no idea that was their name even I have 2 white, 1 black, and one turquoise. I got them all at various vintage shops for no more than $10 each.
