“A” is for amazing, alienesque and astonishing. Only superlatives can be used to describe MIKAs new face Gustav. Discovered at a festival at the end of an intense day trancing to music, tired and sweaty Gustav was spotted by a scout from his mother agency when he was headed for a bit of a lie down to regenerate for the evening’s entertainment. Yes, he’s really new, with only a shoot for Contributor magazine to his credit thus far. An artist (he paints, sings, and plays instruments), Gustav is also a self described ‘language fanatic’ who speaks Swedish, English, Spanish, a little French, and we suspect some Elvish. As yet unsigned outside of Sweden, we cannot wait to see what this boy gets up to once he hits the major markets.
