H&M Goes Hollywood

Hmm am I the only one who doesn't see whats the big deal with H&M? I mean they have nice pieces for girls, but their clothing selection for men looks like the average attire you would find at Gap and Old Navy.

We always long for what we cannot have...Wait one year and you will realize this shop is crap. Throw-away fashion, like Kleenex :yuk:

does anyone know when any of these stores are going to open???
thats what i want to know. i thought they were going to be opening sooner, but i guess not

I'm surpised they have not opened shop in the Southern U.S. I think a lot of foreign companies have misconceptions about Southerners not being fashionable but Atlanta, where I live has tons of fashonable people with a lot of money to spend.

...if you have a ton of money to spend, you skip H&M altogether...

So I went to H&M and got a bikini the other day. I basically never shop there, even though their stores are everywhere here. When the salesgirl is folding the bikini to put it in a bag, I notice that the seam has come undone and that there's a long thread hanging from the garment. She couldn't avoid seeing it too, so instead of saying anything I await and see what the salesgirl does; Nothing. She doesn't say a word, even though the bottom part of the bikini is obviously flawed. Since it was only $11 a piece, I decide it doesn't matter, pay and leave. I guess you get what you pay for

I can't believe that you paid money (any money) for anything flawed. What a waste! I refuse to buy clothes that will not survive one washing. As I said somewhere, it is literally like flushing your money down the W.C.

are there any H&M's at all in california? or is it just the one they're building in hollywood right now.......

i don't like stuff of H&M . Even their stores are big and there are many choices for buyer but everything looks cheap and quality is very bad .

They don't even look after the clothes they are supposed to sell. Pullovers in coathangers, dirty, misshapen and pilled before they are sold. Bad!

the idea doesn't seem too popular in here.
i've never really shopped there so i can't say much about it.

I think they have some great pieces, they have nice sunglasses, accessoires and nice tops! that's it. oh.. and I both a nice pair of skinny jeans! for only 39,90 euro! =)

They are finally opening in Emirates Mall in Dubai- so is New Look and Warehouse

But there are nicer/cheap shops in Dubai anyway, so lets see how it does there

so, when is the H&M stores in LA going to open??? or have they already??

Now this is just silly. You are trying to make a point that all things from H&M are crap, because you got a faulty item and didn't care to do anything about it?

They're supposed to be opening up an H&M in Seattle soon :D
Oooh, how long? I live close enough that I'd be willing to take a trip to see mediocre quality clothing

There was all these girls runninga round Melrose today handing out H&M 'fashion magazines'. It's pretty nice though for something that basically a large ad.
