Hair Salon Recommendations - Boston ?

I will be there in about 9 weeks time, and will desparately be needing a hair cut/colour.

I am from Australia so any recommendations would be much appreciated!

i would try vidal sassoon (good but expensive)
emerge or guiliano.

they are all on newbury street
there are some really good stylists at guiliano that only charge 40$ per haircut.
