Charlotte Russe has a few cute headbands with feathers. I was suprised to see something cute there for once. Plus, you can't beat the prices.

don't know if it's been mentioned here already but Club Monaco has a few cute ones.

I'm hesitant about buying headbands from Charlotte Russe because it just seems like those feathers would fall off eventually or become awfully frayed. The quality is so poor there.

Asia -especially Korea- has amazing accessories all over the place. I'm not a huge fan of the small bows on the side though.

I have never heard of Accessorize. Is that a store?

The shops where the sell clothes and accessories are called Monsoon and the shops only selling accessories are called Accessorize.
