Sorry, I should have said that The Day After Tomorrow was a highly exaggerated cinematic creation. I know it is; I don't think it is likely at all that everything is all going to end within a few weeks. However the things that happened in The Day After Tomorrow are very plausible in the future. Some scientists go as far to say that it will start within fifty years. Granted, it won't all happen within a few weeks, but when the excess fresh water (melted polar icecaps) breaks the salt water flow of the Gluf Stream and North Atlantic conveyor, the world can either drop into a full-blown Ice Age within 2-3 years (worst case scenario) or it could cause a little ice-age that would severely disrupt the climate, causing droughts, harsh winters, desertification, crop failures (mid-case scenario). Now, I should also say that this is a natural occuring trend. The CO2 in the atmosphere usually climbs up until a major cool down occurs and then continues to build up until a major cooldown occurs and then continues on and on. This has been occuring for thousands of years until recently, when humans have entirely disrupted the natural buildup of CO2. This trend was not happening half a million years ago, it has been ongoing and continuous. Early humans 30,000 years ago in Europe suddenly experienced an ice age lasting 1500 years that completely did away with seasons and spring/summer. I'm sure if you Googled some of this stuff, you could come up with an article correctly detailing the trend of global warming.
Err... Sorry about that rant, but I'm very sensitive when it comes to issues pertaining global warming, famine, war, etc. etc. Just wanted to set the facts straight...
Anyways, back to Hana --> some ad's from her Zara campaign...
