Hmm... Are you certain it's a cover? The only thing I can think of that comes close to a black and white Vogue cover is a Vogue Deutsch cover... But that was a whole body shot...

I just saw her in a magazine store shopping and I was next to her picking up some magazines for myself. i couldn't help but notice how tall she is!! My God! I live in NYC and we see models all the time, but she stood out because of her height. She doesn't look more different in person, she looks like a fresh face teenager. Soft spoken too.
