Where are the pics? I only hear reviews! Please post if you can find some! ;)

Hanae Mori's Wednesday show brought springtime in Tokyo to a winter collection when butterfly wing images were worked into the back of a black tuxedo or onto a cashmere kimono coat worn over a knitted dress. This light touch came also in the choice of color, with layers of cherry and raspberry red chiffon and deep purple even on shiny patent crocodile. A piping of fur decorating blue chiffon and tucks on the bias looked very haute couture. But a dragon motif jacket suggested that the designer's Asian heritage is embedded in her elegant Western clothes.

It really wasn't that great, imo. I don't know even know why it's classified as Haute Couture.

Hanae Mori does very classic haute couture (lots of day wear) for very classic Japenese women. It's more like very deluxe made-to-order RTW. She is famous for her prints ( butterflies) and for dressing the Empress and Princess of Japan who aren't really known for their innovatif style lol.
