this is still naoki takizawa even if sub-labeled hand stitch.
I think pieces from naoki takizawa that are finished that way are supposed to be spelled out so on them.

softgrey, over here it is available at the multi-label store issey miyake (strictly issey miyake inc) operates. but they don't sell it at the stores and corners for issey miyake.
I don't know how it is over there.
and his site doesn't say anything about points of sales but the only corner store for naoki takizawa in seibu shibuya (department store), and " several stores are scheduled to be opened in major cities ".
