i don't know if this has been posted, but i just came across it:
UTAH SAINT
As I’ve always suspected, carrying a spare post in one’s handbag would be highly advantageous for us busy career despots. Alas, Imelda’s not so prepared, hence my absence from blogsphere and an double-helping of Imelda-licious-ness.
Yesterday I was bunkered down in the studio, shooting the
Minty Meets Munt Autumn 09 look book. The day was broken into two shoots - studio and location and needless to say, c
ome days end, Imelda’s bunions were pumping!

Returning from his European sabbatical, Matt Lee (or ‘Outback Matt’ as he’s known in certain circles) agreed to shoot the Crown Street based label’s autumn face, the exquisite
Hannah Holman from Priscillas/Elite. The Grace Kelly blonde is currently based in Sydney before heading home for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Talking exclusively to Imelda, Holman revealed she’d be ‘
ringing in the New Year in the Ole Blighty’ and was
"pretty excited about basing herself in London".
The Utah native has been in hot demand since flying in from New York, squeezed in with all the commercial bookings,
the 17 year-old landed a number of editorials with Harpers, Marie Claire, Oyster, Frankie, Glamour, Grazia and Russh (a cover perhaps) – and she’s still got a month to go.
Known for being a raucous, collaborative affair, yesterday Team Minty spent three quarters of the day in silence as our Utah Saint transfixed the entire studio with her fierce camera work.
Between looks I jokingly asked Holman if she’d been scouted ‘exiting her mother’s uterus’, laughing she replied a scout spotted her “at the maaaall, when I was 15 years old”.
“What about school?” Imelda asked. Holman replied that she’s “finishing up her schooling via correspondence and will be heading back to Utah to graduate with her class next year”.
Graduating in May should give her just enough time to brainstorm her way through the spring/summer 2010 parades. We predict big, Big, BIG things for the ice blonde.
It doesn’t matter how organized you are, something will always go wrong and yesterday it was over heating generators. The blackout shaved an hour off time on location but Hannah (and the posse of Surry Hills indie street urchins we picked up along the way) nailed the shots in 30 minutes....
that's what you call Tyra-Fierce!
