Swide cornered Hao Yunxiang backstage at the Men’s Dolce&Gabbana FW13 fashion show, doubling him up with fellow model Jerry Fu, for an interview. But, before Swide unveils the full video, we ask the question; Who are Hao Yunxiang and Jerry Fu?

These two male models are not new to the scene but, when they rocked up to the Dolce&Gabbana show, they were subjected to a lot of attention, and we were more than happy to give them some more.

Hao Yunxiang excited readers of GQ Style China FW11 when he went red for their cover shoot, photographed by the prolific Chinese fashion photographer Kai Z Feng and gaining praise from his home country and far afield. Although this wasn’t the starting point of his career, the Bejinger has certainly had a profile lift around the world.

Back stage at Dolce&Gabbana FW13, we took the opportunity to get Jerry Fu to interview fellow model Hao Yunxiang. Jerry Fu is known for his razor sharp cheekbones and his killer stare; when this model looks through the camera lens and into your soul, you understand he means business. Backstage, though, and in the company of Yunxiang he was far from the piercing look that we have all come to know. We asked Jerry to interview Hao, translating our questions into Chinese and giving us quite the show.

Born June 25, 1984 in Zhe Jiang, China, Fu has commented on what is like to be a model saying, “People think modelling seems simple, you just have to look good while walking, But you have to convey the designer's intentions. On the runway, you can't talk. Instead, you have to express your emotions through your face and eyes.”

He began modelling at the age of 21, while he was studying fashion design and modelling at the Hainan Technical Institute and then travelled extensively as he pursued international campaigns to push his career to a global level. He has been heard to have said he had no problems adapting to new environments or communicating on his travels, and so we wanted to put him to the test.

We asked these two top Chinese male models to star in an interview together, topless and where Jerry Fu interviewed Hao Yunxiang. How do you think they fared? You’ll have to wait for the interview.
